Ricardo Lopez Ortiz
Ricardo Lopez Ortiz was born and raised in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. After spending his childhood and teenage years binge watching Gatchaman, Dragon Ball, Cowboy Bebop and Evangelion, he decided to give this art thing a shot, and after a year of sleeping all over the campus at the University of Puerto Rico, he moved to New York City and studied Illustration at the School of Visual Arts.
His Illustration work has been recognized by the Society of Illustrators and American Illustration. He first broke into the comic book scene drawing a short story in the Fearless Future Anthology in 2014. Soon after, Ricardo started working on titles for Image Comics and Marvel comics. He's most known for his work on Zero, WOLF, Civil War II: Kingpin and Totally Awesome Hulk, Weapon X and Hit-Girl.
